My youngest son went to this place years ago around 2007/2008,( somewhere around there)., and he would literally scream AT THE TOP OF HIS LUNGS every morning I would drop him off. He started crying the very second I would pull-up in their driveway. I had a feeling he was being mistreated, but I couldn't prove it, and then he would become somewhat withdrawn when he was picked up in the evening. The staff was very rude and acted like they didn't care about your child and from I saw didn't interact much with them; they just put them in a high chair or swing and let them be. I felt like all they cared about was money, (I get it because yes it is a business, but) they hounded and hounded you and threatened to discharge your child because of late payments and didn't want to really work with you in catching up on the payments. I didn't like them because something didn't set right with them in my spirit and was glad when I was able to get him out of there and into another daycare. I felt so bad, that I had to leave him there during the day, but because of where I worked in Montgomery area at the time, I had no choice. Honestly, I thought they were closed now , but was mighty surprised when I googled their name and it popped up. I just had to leave a review as well even though it's been several several years ago since my son attended there. Wow!!, just Wow! that some of the same things are still going on!

Horrible daycare I have ever seen. 2nd week my grandkids was there an employee hit her. First red flag. Never ever ignored signs.. Should have them than..Month later I go pick them up my grand baby tell me lady hit her butt hard. Tag. She change her story when her teacher ask who. This was a Monday. My daughter go Friday morning to drop her children off. They tell her the kids is terminated due to none payment which she received letter that money was due on week prior but she told them she was paying that morning money in hand. But very very rude unprofessional turn the kids away stated they didn’t want the payment know this girl had to go to work and thus could have been done day before week before but they did it the morning of in Front of her children with all their things I. Her hand. She ask to speak with owner who was on the phone while all this was going on and teacher stated that the owner was under the weather and did not want to speak to her. When I tell you evil unprofessional heartless. I would not allow my dog to attend this daycare and y’all please pay attention to Red Flags and who you leave your children in care of. God this, sweet talking fake people me are the worst. I hate my grandchildren and had to experience such cruelty. No star on reviews. Horrible

Do not recommend sending your children to this daycare. In the beginning, they are so nice and welcoming until one thing doesn’t go their way. They inconvenience you and make you pick up your children earlier than the closing time because they don’t want to continue to pay their workers. They Discriminated against my son and began to mistreat him and stopped being nice, so he HATED going to school, he would cry every morning. She dismissed my 2 year old Autistic son from the program because he was a “trouble child” and Gave me NO answers when I tried to figure everything out. The director hung up in my face and my sons Grand father, tried to be the mediator of the situation and she hung up in his face also. Very unprofessional. They’re wicked elderly woman and it’s time for a new staff or just shut the whole program down. Don’t send your kids here.

My daughter attended this daycare from June 2022 - July 2023. On July 20, 2023 I went to pick my daughter up just like any other day. This day wasn’t a normal day, I arrived to see blood running down my child’s arm from what seems to be a scratch at first. I asked the first teacher I seen which was Ms. Michelle, “what happened to my child’s arm?” Her response was, “Did I do that?” I’m confused on her response, but at this point I still didn’t accuse anyone of harming her. I get in the car and cleans her up only to find it’s not a scratch but nail indentations. At this point I became furious and wanted to speak with the owner and review footage. On Monday July 24, 2023 I met with Mrs. Hardwick, the owner. During the meeting Ms. Michelle was allowed to explain her written statement, which honestly didn’t make since. Ms. Michelle did not know what happened yo my daughter, but stated, “If I did it I truly apologize.” Mrs. Hardwick seemed just as concerned as me before this interview. When this interview was coming to an end Mrs. Hardwick stated, “Mom we are short of staff so if the video footage shows she did anything are you okay with suspension?” I agreed to this not seeing the footage because I don’t know was this incident accidental or intentional. She also stated, “Ms. Michelle had a stroke a while back so she forgets sometimes.” Which I felt Mrs. Hardwick was using Ms. Michelle disability as a crutch. Fast forward to July 26, 2023 , I picked my daughter up earlier than usual because this is the day we have ice cream dates but I have a meeting with Mrs. Hardwick during our usual time. I arrived to see Ms. Michelle at work. At this point my blood starts to boil because I don’t know how she’s able to continue working with kids if we haven’t settled the issue. I go in and check out my daughter and grab all her belongings. I asked Ms. Jasmine, “May you tell Mrs. Hardwick that I would like a copy of Ms. Michelle statement and video footage.” Assuming Ms. Jasmine forwarded my message, Mrs.Hardwick left a voicemail on my phone stating, “I was disappointed when you showed up early.” Never knew I couldn’t pick my daughter up early or did she not want me to see Ms. Michelle at work? As mom I want to know my child is safe , that no one is intentionally harming my child. Yet her accused abuser was still allowed to be in her presence. Had I know Ms. Michelle would work that day my daughter would have stopped attending this daycare IMMEDIATELY! As on August 2, 2023 I have not received a copy of Ms. Michelle statement or any video footage, but I was told by Mrs. Hardwick that her licensing consultant would reach out.

I would not recommend anyone to send their child to this daycare for the simple fact that the owner of the daycare Theresa Hardwick is very disrespectful and rude to the students and the parents and some of her staff as well. She is very unprofessional.She has had multiple of workers to leave because of her attitude and how she treats them she talks about the kids that attend the daycare both of my sons and my daughter attended that daycare since they were younger and at first I didn’t have any problems I have had people tell me how they have been treated by her and how they took their kids out of the daycare because of her. I have recently experienced what others have been complaining about I recently went into her daycare on a Friday as usual to make a payment because of the price change for my kids to attend. I politely asked her if she could go in the system and give me the correct amount on how much I would have to pay. Her response to me was I sent out the receipts for payments on Wednesday to your email I informed her that the receipt I received was stating the old price amount and not the new one.She continued to tell me go look at the receipt with a nasty attitude so I walked off because she was pissing me off and I made the statement she was pissing me off she then comes yelling to me your pissing me off I told her all I was trying to do was receive the amount for how much I needed to pay her. I then just walk out the door to leave because I was done arguing but she made the statement your messy as those two kids of yours that’s when I turned around so I could get my son out of there because I had just took him in and was about to leave. My kids stated she would always say something to them to get them in trouble my kids are A honor roll students my daughter had the highest average in her classes and my son just got accepted into Valiant Crossing Academy he had 4 recommendation letters but she had the nerve to make that statement and has called my son a thug before and called my daughter ghetto my kids are very intelligent kids. The teachers she has right now are great I just wish they could find somewhere else to work instead of being under her because she is rude and very disrespectful .
