They do not pick up their phone. Good luck getting any information from them if it requires a phone call. It took me 3 weeks of calling them daily to finally get someone to call me back. Also, get ready for a canned response every time you pick up your child. They said “he had a good day” everyday for almost a year straight at pick up time. We had to try to pry out of them how his day actually went.
Kids come out dirty all the time, place doesn’t seem clean and teachers are very unprofessional
