My daughter has been attending this facility since March of 2025 and I have not been disappointed once. They accepted my baby with open arms and this was the first and only facility she ever attended. I do plan on keeping her here until it’s time for her to transition to grade school. I love that my baby is learning new things every week. I truly appreciate all the staff because no matter if my child not in their classroom they make sure she good.
The Director/Owner Ms. Hawkins stated that I'd receive a refund of my holding spot during their pre- opening tour. When I asked what would happen to the fee if we decided to send our child elsewhere, she said I'd simply have to let her know & they'd refund the money. There weren't any other stipulations relayed at that time regarding the refund. If I had known otherwise, I wouldn't have signed her up. Especially since they didn't have a firm opening date. My husband and I decided to enroll our child elsewhere, since we weren't able to reach anyone by phone at the Clinton location. Unfortunately, after I requested the funds be returned, I've been ignored. I find that to be extremely unprofessional & deceptive. Definitely wouldn't want to send my child to an establishment that's operated by someone with questionable character & business practices.
Rockstar Prep is a great program to trust for your child's first milestones. Program has a dynamic and energetic staff that always demonstrate love, patience and concern to students and parents. They make leaving your child in their care rewarding. My son, age 3, loves staying with all teachers. And NEVER wants to leave when he is in care.
