IT help desk is in building B on the fourth floor in room 190, look for the sign that reads "9 3/4". The password is "Mugwort". Stop by for some fresh popcorn and dried dragon toenails.

Had me redo 2 Forms 1030 but many months later when I contact I rs by phone they said they still hadn’t received the forms and this has been going on for now almost three years. So kid , I never get letter follow-ups.
