We are so grateful to the ISP community. This school is an absolute GEM. The focus on healthy communication, problem solving, and building community has really helped our son learn to advocate for himself, manage big feelings, and to be curious. We attended for two years and I wish we'd started sooner and that they had kindergarten. Cathy (head of school) deeply cares about the kids, families, and her staff and it shows. We had Ms. Lydia in year 1 and Ms. Paola in year 2, and it was comforting to know that we were entrusting our child with adults who not only care deeply about him as an individual, but were excited to engage and teach the children. Our son's Spanish skills also really exploded by the last half of the year. If you are looking for a safe, calm, and nurturing environment for your little, look no further! I cannot say enough good things about our experience. We will be back when our daughter turns 2!

Our daughter spent two wonderful years at ISP, and we couldn’t be more pleased with her experience there. In her first year, she was in a small class with just seven other students, supported by her teacher and a teaching assistant. She had an incredible time, made lasting friendships, and developed socially in ways we hadn’t anticipated. She absolutely adored her teacher and was genuinely sad to finish the year with her. The following year, our daughter was a bit nervous about transitioning to a new class with a different teacher and more students. We initially worried that she might not receive as much individual attention in a larger class, but those concerns proved to be unfounded. Ms Paola was an exceptional teacher who connected with each of her students, including our daughter. She fostered a warm and nurturing learning environment where our daughter and her classmates grew both socially and creatively. Over the year, we saw a huge boost in our daughter’s confidence, and countless times she showed an incredible empathy for others—often demonstrating care and kindness in ways we hadn’t even explicitly taught her. One of the highlights of ISP is the strong sense of community among the parents. Many parents, including myself, volunteer, which has been a truly rewarding experience. I found myself more involved in the school than I had initially anticipated, and it was fulfilling to build connections with other parents. Our daughter has made so many great friends, and my wife and I have also forged friendships with other parents. We look forward to continuing these relationships even after we leave ISP. Saying goodbye to ISP was emotional. While our daughter was excited and proud to graduate, she was sad to part ways with Ms Paola and Cathy, the director, who had been such an integral part of her journey. We wholeheartedly recommend ISP to anyone looking for a preschool where their child will be not only cared for and loved but also encouraged to grow in kindness and understanding.

We’ve been part of the International School of Peace community for the past seven years, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about this incredible school. From the beginning, it’s been a kind, safe, and truly nurturing environment for our children. The director/teachers are absolutely wonderful—loving, supportive, and so thoughtful in how they care for and guide each child. They’ve created a space where creative play is encouraged, where learning feels fun, and where every child is seen and valued for who they are. It’s a place where inclusion isn’t just a value, it’s part of the everyday culture. The Spanish Immersion Program has also been a huge highlight for us. It’s amazing to see our children learning another language in such an engaging and playful setting. And the way the school teaches conflict resolution—gently, respectfully, and with intention—has given my kids tools they’ll carry with them for life. I’m so grateful for the time our family has spent here. The impact ISP has had on my children’s early years is something I’ll always appreciate. Thank you, ISP, for being such a special place!

To say that our experience at ISP was great, is a massive understatement. My kiddo attended for 2 years and if they had a kinder class she would continue to attend. I love everything about ISP. From the staff, to the grounds, the environment of the classrooms and campus,to the parents that have kids attending. It's a win win. With the Pre-K friendly curriculum, I saw my child nurtured and thrive learning Spanish, Farsi with Ms.Farzana and Hebrew with Ms Jodi. The staff is very passionate about the growth of the little ones and giving them the tools to have healthy interactions with others and themselves. One thing that stood out most for me is that a lot of the maestras have worked at isp for nearly 10yrs. That was a plus for me. Communication is very clear and straightforward(if you need that). We had Ms. Lydia for the 2 years but we interacted with the rest of the maestras often as well. Ms Lydia is a GEM. It's clear they love what they do and the kids love them. I saw kids that struggle with separating from their parents/caregivers in the beginning, run into class midway through the year. Ms. Cathy DeMers, the director is always very open and welcoming and willing to talk and assist where ever you need her Please, do not hesitate to take a tour and consider ISP for your preschoolers needs and growth.

Amazing school! All 4 of my children have attended ISP and loved every minute and every teacher! It makes my heart happy when they come home singing the days of the week in Spanish and counting in Farsi. They are learning so many things that our family could never teach them. My oldest is starting high school and is almost fluent in Spanish, which is directly related to the early years at ISP. I would recommend them to anyone with young children! Thank you International School for Peace!!!!!
