Both my kids have been going to this center for a few years at this point. The only reason that we've stayed as long as we have is because of Ms. Amber. She does a great job with the kids and truly enjoys taking care of them. She's great at keeping them engaged and really working with them to understand how to properly interact with each other. My kids love Ms. Amber. However, that being said our interaction with the director of this facility has been awful. In the time we've been with them there has been slew of issues that really been associated with administrative aspect of managing the center. We have had a number of billing issues, at one point there was an issue child to teacher ratios. The communication from the director has been awful. Parents were notified of staff leaving or new staff coming after the changes had occurred. In most cases, we heard of the change from our children. There were times when the director changed plans last minute, leaving us scrambling to find alternate child care. My understanding is that this particular director also manages the Optimal Learning Center in Rockville, however, my experience has strictly been with ICC.
Grateful for the exceptional care at the International Children Center! The professional and warm teachers create a nurturing environment. My child loves going there every day. Thank you for being an integral part of my child's early years!
Great daycare. My son has been here since he was 6 weeks old. All the staff in this facility has been caring, understanding and kind. My son loves to go here, this has become like a second family to us. Thank you all for all your hard work and care.
Great place to bring your kids. Hard working staff & great environment that your children can develop in. ICC offers child care for infants all the way up to grade school, which is awesome because all your kids can grow together.
This place is wonderful. Teachers are very welcoming, kind and friendly. Kids really enjoy going to this center. Thank you
