We had a lot of ups and downs with ITB, as did some of our friends whose kids went here. At one point I wrote to the director Amber politely expressing some concerns, and she never responded, though I know she received the email (someone confirmed this to me). I found this very unprofessional. Amber also recently sold the business and so it just came under new ownership/management, and never told anyone about it until the last second. Parents were somewhat shocked and confused. The main issue is that this daycare was always understaffed and so kids had different teachers all of the time, who often didn't know the nuances of what worked with those particular kids. So some days our little daughter would come home a total wreck, having barely slept, disheveled and in a very bad mood. We regularly had to deal with the fallout of this place's poor organization and it started to really bother us. There were a couple of teachers there who our daughter really loved though (Karlie, Nikki), who really helped us get through the initial transition to daycare, so for that we are grateful.
Our son has been going here for three years. He loves it. The staff is friendly and kind. He has come home with the ability to state the Lord's prayer, at the age of two - and had a basic understanding of what it means. At three he knows how to count to thirty, knows his colors in English and Spanish. The staff work very hard on not just babysitting, but educating in a loving and fun way.
I've been taking my daughter here since she was 6 months old. I love it. The staff is great. Facility is very clean. So glad I have some place I can trust for my baby.
