I am traumatized by daycares and this place has brought my family genuine peace. My children have been here for almost 3 months now and with this being their 4th daycare since they were 6 months old I can honestly say this place is a breath of fresh air!!! From the administration down to the teachers I am so grateful for this place! Illnesses go around and kids get sick. They have done a wonderful job of communicating and keeping us aware of when someone within the facility comes down with something. I cannot stop talking about this daycare. Their current teacher Ms. Nes is AMAZING!!!! They absolutely love her and she is so patient with the littles. Not to mention she does soo many crafts with them! Makayla is an actual angel, always running around behind the scenes. Sierra, the director is so easy to approach. After taking over from previous management she has done so much to help make sure rules are being followed and any concerns I bring to her she responds so quick even if it’s 8pm at night and helps resolve or compromise the situation. After touring over 30 daycares, reading over 250 reviews and witnessing some awful altercations, I can honestly say this daycare is a great place and a safe environment for kids to be kids.
My daughter has been at this center for a few months now and we love it! She eats good and even NAPS for them! We definitely recommend to our friends! Thank you to the teachers for all they do for our kiddos while we have to work to make ends meet. We appreciate you every day! 🙏
Run far! In short, they don't care about the kids only their profit. My child once came home with old feces in her underwear. She was ashamed and said it was there all day because of the neglect of staff. My other daughter was always miserable and crying starting as an infant. If you look them up through Ohio county daycare website it shows that they have been in trouble multiple times or using a baby monitor for the infant room rather than being in the room and caring for the kids directly. Even with new ownership there was no change or improvement. It was constantly dirty and my kids constantly had something they were coming home with, such as a stomach bug constant pink eye. Spending extra money and go to a place that smells great when you walk in and actually cares about your children with low staff turnover rates.
Absolutely love the staff there especially Miss Makayla and Miss Saige and Miss Jayne & Miss Courtney as well they always go out of their way to make sure the kids are taken care of and go above any beyond also want to mention the directors at this location are wonderful as well always staying on top of everything MY KIDS LOVE it there and i highly recommend them for your childcare needs
Our little one attends here and started in January. The teachers & director are wonderful and update you throughout the day using an app. They all send photos, meal and potty updates. They do fun little crafts with them too! We've had a wonderful experience since we've started & we love seeing our little guy thriving and having fun with the other kiddos! Highly recommend this child care center.
