The staff is mostly friendly. And it's super convenient if you student goes to the school. BUT the billing is horrible you basically need a degree in math to calculate it if you have more than 1 child and the school is closed 1 or 2 days during the week.(I actually have a bachelor's and still struggled often). It's so bad more than 1 staff member admitted to me that they don't even understand it. And several parents left over it. I offered some ideas and they wouldn't even consider them . They got defensive instead. Billing is also always behind schedule so it's hard to balance. They do not offer auto pay, like others in the area. Also I had to have my account audited several times and every time I ended with a credit because they don't understand their own billing! EDITED to add: The lady in charge of billing, Linda, is next to impossible to get a hold of. She never answers the phone and rarely returns phone calls. I specifically asked for her to call after 9am and she called at 830AM while I was driving to work and was unable to answer and of course when I called back I got voicemail again. Communication is horrible they never get info about field trips or added costs to parents in a timely manner, it's usually day of. Lunch is not provided in the cost. They have no way to store/make it. I have used other daycares that provide it in cost and charge less. A few of the staff do not have the best methods for managing the children. I've watched them sit at the table and yell across the room for kids to stop doing something instead of getting up to see what's up. My child does not respond well to this type of discipline, he does better with one on one. I knew a few kids in the daycare and have been told the staff will snatch toys away instead of trying to calmly get them back if a child is not listening or intentionally break apart the Lego type creations as if to upset the child on purpose.

Horrible business. They charge the same amount for before/after school care, as they do full daycare. Which would be fine, if they maintained the same rate on half-days, and days off.... but they don’t. Instead, they charge over twice as much. Our children spend an hour or so after school everyday at the playground. For this we pay over $1k a month. Extremely expensive for a grand total of 5 hours. This week they have 3 early release days, and we were just quoted an extra $320. INSANE!!!! The most frustrating part of this, is that their rates seem to vary by the day. We somehow get charged something different every single week. They give us a bill, we pay the exact amount on said bill. The next week rolls around, and we’re told that we under paid. We dispute the amount, and they suddenly realize their error.... only to turn around and do the exact same thing only days later. I’m not exaggerating- every week this happens. Then there’s the general lack security and accountability for your children. My ex, who’s a non-custodial parent with supervised visitation only. Just walked in and took the children without issue. Of course they had the court documents, and notes throughout their file, but that didn’t matter. They did apologize, but that doesn’t do much after the fact. This has to be the most janky company in existence. I shouldn’t comment on the staff, as it takes all of 60 seconds to discern their stringent hiring criteria... breathing- check, momentarily clean/sober- check, no outstanding warrants this week- check. I believe their supervisor is the only person with any intelligence whatsoever. The rest flunked out of Waffle University. How they’re allowed to operate within school grounds is beyond me.
