THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!!!! BE WARNED!!!! I am contacting the better business bureau and an attorney over this matter! This place is trying to ruin me financially over a balance they say I owe due to me pulling out my kids from care. At the time I was paid in full and wrote a letter requesting the termination of care. I was told by district 3 that I was good to go and would have a $0.00 balance. 1 entire year later I receive a statement from them saying I owe over $600.00!!! I called and the accounting lady on the phone didn't really understand why I had a balance but I needed to pay it. She sent me to collections!!!! NEVER VERIFYING THE DEBT! I've reached out to headquarters to get the name of the lady in accounting so I could bring that information to my lawyer but a phone call was never returned and the information was never given to me. Now my credit is at stake due to their complete incompetence! This is unbelievable and their establishment needs a major overhaul. I will be taking this further because the public should be spared by such a corrupt business!
