Idea Park is one of the best things about living in Leesburg. This tremendous facility features two indoor tennis bubbles, Olympic size swimming pool, gym, showers, etc. Affordable and fair even for non-town residents. There are extensive walking trails and a dog park. I always like to remember the $17 million post gift of local legend A. V. symington who helped create this incredible resource.
Hugh local park and rec center with beautiful indoor and outdoor tennis courts. The outdoor courts are free to use if you don’t reserve them and they are in great condition and have lights. I haven’t checked out the other sports, but I’ll be back. I’m consistently thrilled with the investment Loudoun County makes in recreation centers for their residents. I’m from Montgomery County, Maryland, and Loudoun crushes it! The courts are well used, but not crowded, so a friend and I were able to just show up and play at 4pm on a crisp late fall day.

The amount of things to list, that my family and I appreciate, would go on for miles. - Great Rec Center — Weight room — Group fitness — Trainers — Pool — Kid zone - Great outdoor fun — Tree Walk with all trees named — Paths through woods and open fields — Sport fields — Water park — Events held regularly - Great staff — The park is kept clean — Everyone super nice Instead of keeping the list going for miles, just go check it out!! 10/10 I recommend to every friend
Ida Lee’s a resort-like gem! Tailored swim lessons with patient coaches like Zora & Jill make kids shine 🏊. Outdoor waterpark’s a blast, grounds perfect for picnics 🌳. Andrea’s top-notch service wows. Super clean, calm vibe, but wet trails can get muddy 🌧️. A community treasure!
It’s always peaceful and quiet here during the day. Very clean facility and great fitness classes. Swim lessons are also great because they are tailored to your kids. When I tried a regular swim school, they used an iPad and gave my kids 10 minutes out of 30 because of the way they rotate. Ida Lee is great and the outdoor water park is the cherry on top!
