I came to drop my son off this morning and specifically asked if my son can bring his toy and tablet. He always brings his tablet, but this time he brought a toy. The Owner said yes as long as he keeps up with his toys. When I came to pick him up, my son began to tell me that a kid took his toy and wouldn’t give it back. My son then said the Owner told him that if he doesn’t share his toy and tablet that he can play by himself till his mother picks him up. I tried to ask the Owner about it and she was extremely rude and disrespectful in front of my son !! She lied about her original approval of the toy and tablet. I tried to tell her that instead of telling my son he has to share or play by himself, she should have called me directly!!! She then said you can pay your balance and never come back or she’s calling the police! She said all this in front of my son. The owner was very unprofessional and extremely rude. It hurt my son’s feelings and I would never recommend a parent bringing their child here!!!! If the rule is no outside toys or tablets , that should have been made clear ! I have been bringing his toys for a long time ! Her demands to share his toy and tablet or sit alone till I pick him up was extremely disrespectful to my child !! Then speaking to me the way she did in front of my son was abusive !!!!
Great place and great staff. I’ve used them for 5 years now with my two kids. Not a single issue. My 7 year old still asks if he can go there and play. My 17 month old gets excited every morning when I tell him it’s time for Playstreet. They can get busy at times so I do recommend planning ahead and making a reservation!
All three of my kids love Playstreet. The two younger ones who are still in the age range beg to get dropped off if we’re driving by. It’s perfect if you need an hour or two to go shopping or watch a movie. They have really good staff retention - my kids have known some of them for years, and are really happy to see them.
This place is great! Those times you get in a jam and need your kids watched for a little bit really comes in handy. The kids also just love going there to play for a little bit. The staff is friendly and treats your kids as their own. I love how they keep everything up to date on a white board for the whole staff to see. Kids, ages, who needs food, diaper changes hourly. It is great. I highly recommend Playstreet!
