What Parents Say
Reviews are mixed and appear to conflate the daycare with residential housing at the location. Parents praise the office staff and describe it as an affordable option for families with limited housing alternatives. However, several reviews mention financial concerns and facility issues.
I’m a mother with 3 kids but my family is big they accused my family of being gang members mind you we just moved to griffin they tried to find any little thing to evict me I have nothing on my record never got into any trouble I’m so traumatized they’re definitely hearing from my attorney sooner or later!
It's the people that make the projects not the apartment itself. Half of the people that are commenting below and above have been living here since they were brown and red. It went from grandma, mama and now YOU!! Stop complaining because these are meant for you to get help, ween yourself off and keep it moving. Not for you to live here, collect food stamps and smoke and sleep with the entire complex all day everyday. Stop complaining or move you, your kids and that man that's not supposed to be there anyway. Do better for yourself! They are government apts. What do you expect? At least they keep the grounds clean, it's the people that make the projects not the apartments!!!!
It's basically public housing, but the neighborhood and people are more chill. There are still repairs being made to some structures, but they are very livable compared to some public housing.
Lazy Leasing office staff constantly ripping residents off. Furthermore, leasing is always charging for things that I have never seen any other apartment office charge. I strongly believe they’re embezzling.
Dangerous, depressing place. Gang shooting other day. One killed. Children outdide plsying. Heard some ran for cover...others so used. to this...they kept on playing.
