I normally would never do this, but this facility was recommended to me and we scheduled a time to have a tour we showed up at our time. Once we enter the door. This lady walked up to us named Cynthia and immediately was rude. No greeting nothing just stated I’m not hope . What can I do for you, I explain to her that we had an appointment she stated , she not here you can wait in your car very unprofessional and not a place I would encourage anyone to send their children if this is a reflection of the care.
