Honey Locust School

I’m going to leave a detailed review because when I was trying to find one before I moved in I couldn’t find anything recent so 1. I love the management they are helpful and follow up quickly with any questions the property manager means business but also greets you with a smile and always willing to help the office assistant is a little rough around the edges but she’s older so that to be expected but she’s helpful as well. Maintenance is maintenance lol but they fix w.e you call in for same day from my experience now CUYAHOGA FALLS as a city love it always have even before I moved over here very diversified and plenty to do and see! As far as the complex goes I feel like the management does their best to keep this place looking as great as possible but the people that do live here can do better now it’s not everyone but trust it only take a few bad apples the people under my unit leaves trash and all types of stuff outside their door for days it crazy because they are not far from the dumpster it’s just laziness to have trash sitting outside your door for days I don’t care for how people have other people coming in and out all hours like strange men because I have kids and I’m a very private person when I come outside it shouldn’t be a whole group of people in the walk way lastly the kids over here are bad within the first few weeks my car had a scratch on it I couldn’t prove who kid did it so I left it alone but these kids be out with no supervision in the parking lots running around and hanging in the middle of the mailbox hut area which is aggravating to me because they look at you like you in their way then when you say excuse me they look at you like you crazy so basically if you stay to yourself you should be cool I’m a stay to myself kind of person because it is drama over here from time to time more so in the summer but I mind mines and don’t talk to nobody but overall it’s plenty of parking management don’t really bother you i guess unless you give them a reason the apartments are spacious and clean and police do come fast over here so I do feel safe and they also drive around I a few times a day as well. So I hope this helps whoever is trying to move in and would like a detailed review.

Great place. Newly remodeled. Good schools. Tons of shopping areas. Only problem I've run into is trying to get my kids into daycare out here is super tough. Also, I cant get an extra bedroom so my 13 month old and 7 year old are expexted to share a room which doesn't make sense but beggars can't be choosers.

my best oldest friend lives here. i stop iun occasionally to visit the kids and enjoy catching up old times over dinner.

been here for almost 2 years and its been okay so far besides the older kids doing bad stuff other then that love the neighbor!!!!
