What Parents Say
His Little Angels is a center-based daycare in Abilene, Texas with mostly positive feedback. The majority of parents praise the caring staff, affordable pricing, live camera access, and enriching activities. However, two negative reviews cite poor customer service and concerns about staff conduct in the infant room.
I’m glad I decided to change to His Little Angels. The director is very kind, professional, and goes above and beyond for families. The front office staff are always kind as well. This daycare is very affordable and includes cameras so you can watch your little one throughout the day from your cellphone. I trust this daycare with my daughter and would recommend them to my friends and family.
My daughter has gone there since she was a baby and now she is 8 yrs old in the after school program. They have buses drop off from Wylie elementary schools and they pick up at Allie ward! It’s a great place! The teachers are great. They are very involved and they love her like their own! And they get to go on field trips twice a week. They have gone bowling, swimming, movies, play Faire park, and they get to go to sonic and play volleyball and have ice cream!! They do crafts and gifts for holidays! The cameras are great bc I get to see her whenever I want! I would recommend his little angels!! She and I have enjoyed it this whole time and she will stay there till she’s 12 (which is the cut off) .
My daughter has been attending His Little Angels since she was 6 weeks old. She loves all of the teachers there and I love how they keep me updated on everything that happens whether it is via text or in person. They do an awesome job there and I would highly recommend it for any parent. I especially love the factor that I can log into the cameras and watch my daughter any time of the day.
If I could give zero stars, I would! On the waiting list for childcare for a few months. (We have to move out son from his private caregiver due to family medical issues that have come up for her and caused conflicts with schedule.) Recieved phone call that a spot was open, I explained that we were out of town until the following week and scheduled a walk through of the facility. Spoke with the office the morning of my walk through to be sure of the best time to come, the individual told me to come at a specific time based on naps and bus runs. I explained to the young lady that I would be taking the spot, but really wanted to see the facility before I bring my son. When I showed up to the facility for my walk through and to enroll my son, I was told that they filled the position after I spoke with the young lady that morning. It was 3 hours prior. What kind of customer service is that? Clearly that was my sign from God that this was not the place for my child. The office was rude and showed no concern for the position they had now put me in. There was no apology or anything. They could have called to at least cancel my visit, rather than waste my time.
Very disappointing! Paulin in the zero to 8month olds is rude and disrespectful and abusive.
