It’s a nice place to have your kids. The principal really understand your needs and the staff cares about the kids.

A phenomenal daycare facility! The children always come first. They always have fun and educational activities planned year round. The staff do so much to provide a comfortable, safe and clean environment for children. It takes a village and communication is key! There is always easy access for both staff and parents to communicate about any questions or concerns and resolutions. Owner and staff are very compassionate and understanding! This is a lovely child care academy and is very family oriented! You won’t regret it because children are ALWAYS in GREAT HANDS!

My child has been to plenty of childcare facilities and this one is by far the best! The teachers are awesome they make sure they help my daughter with her work and study with her, making her feel just like she is at home. They also make sure the center is always secured and no one can get in. I have a peace of mind dropping my child off daily. Thank you Higher learning staff. You all rock 💓

I love this childcare center my one year old daughter is learning so much from her teacher and her classmates. They are very family oriented and I love the bond that my daughter has with all of the teachers there. It’s a joy to know that I can work and I don’t have to worry about my daughter being misstated. I would recommend this facility.

The director is very two faced, money hungry and pretends to service families with pride and compassion when they lack professionalism and honesty. When my children were attending this daycare. The director used to call me every day complaining about my child being a “threat” to her staff so they constantly kept him isolated saying he threatened them with a pencil and the staff was scared ,at 3 years old. I always find it hard to believe how a 3 year old was able to threaten the safety of a building full of adults. (A actual incident) The teacher at the time was bullying my son and he told me she came into his face screaming at him to move to the next classroom, so he slapped her. When they told me the story it was just that he hit her and supposedly no one understood why, how or the issue before that happened. (Why would an adult be so close to his face that he would be able to reach?) Every now and then one child would be sent home for a single sneeze or cough, the director would call me 30 mins after I left to make me turn around and pick up the second child, making excuses about her suspicions of “pink eye” my daughter eyes were clear when I got her. I withdrew my children and found a daycare where they both had no problems and felt safe. When I called to tell her about the targeted complaints and why haven’t she dismissed him if my child was such a threat, no response, but decided to tell me since I wanted to withdraw them then to go head because “She washes her hands with this situation” To me it was only about the money 💰 At home I had no serious problems to this degree out of both of my children- so I knew that environment wasn’t a good one for him….she’s a disappointment to parents trusting a licensed individual to provide a positive environment.
