Hidden Treasures Child Care Center

We love this daycare for our kids. The entire staff has a passion for taking care of and teaching our boys. We highly recommend this daycare if you need a safe trusted environment where structure and learning is used everyday. Thank you girls.

This is one of the cheapest, cleanest places you can take your child if you have to pick a daycare and just because they don't charge much doesn't mean they don't do the best with the children because they have the best staff as well that's very caring and treat your kids like they are their own. My oldest now in 1st grade started kindergarten knowing everything they were teaching him because he had the best teacher ever, Mrs. Yeny. My youngest is 2 and still there and my middle son went here as well and we never had any complaints except when other parents parked in the wrong place which was quickly handled in a very professional manner. They also went all out for graduation and even gave the boys most everything they needed to start kindergarten! I can't say enough good things about Hidden Treasures. They are amazing!

My daughter has attended hidden treasures since she was 2 months old. She is two now and thank you to the wonderful teachers at hidden treasures my daughter is potty trained, counting to 15, knows all of her colors and is forming fairly developed sentences. The list can go on. I also love that she has exposure to English and Spanish language. This daycare also has some of the most fair rates in the area. I couldn’t be happier with the daycare itself and the teachers.

I’m truly disgusted with the experience I’ve had with this daycare. I just knew from the first day I dropped them off it would be a disaster. On the first day of drop off they had multiple kids in one room. When I got there I asked if I could see my child’s classroom and they stated I wasn’t allowed to come in which was a HUGE red flag. I have twins and they didn’t know neither one of my kids’ names. We were told that pictures would be uploaded weekly of our kids which NEVER happened. They were there 3 months and we received 2 pictures and that’s cause it was a holiday. The director of the daycare is NEVER there. When we call they never answer the phone. I asked for a receipt on the app that was used for communication and I never received a receipt until I reached out to ELC. They then charged a late fee for the lack of payment when we had asked multiple times for the price of payment. Every time my kids were picked up they’re nose were dirty, as well as they never put they’re diapers on correctly. They would stuff they’re shoes on to the point that the tongue would be at the bottom of the shoe, causing their feet to feel discomfort. Finally after removing my children we were told that we would receive a final receipt and they said it would be emailed. That never happened so it delayed our transfer process. This has to be the worst experience ever with a childcare establishment and I have 5 kids so I know. If possible, please read into the consistent commented issues before placing your children here.

I booked a tour for today at 3:30pm because this daycare had good reviews and it was close to my other daughter's school. I saw on Google maps that it was marked as closed at 2:30pm so I called to confirm they were still open. I let them know that Google maps said that they were closed and I was just double checking before I head that way because I had a tour scheduled for 3:30pm. She said they were open and they close at 6:30pm. I arrive there 10 minutes later and they will not allow me to do the tour because they said the manager had an emergency. I received no calls or texts notifying me. I was told to come back in the morning but I told her that I cannot come in the morning due to work and she basically was like "oh well, ok" and provided no solution. Thanks for saving myself the time and money if this is how you treat parents.
