What a disgusting, trashy place. Do not move here. They ignore maintenance requests, harass tenants, and create false violations. The maintenance man is sketchy, I saw him try to intimidate and follow a minor taking out the trash. Creepy people. Beware
It's always an issue here with the gate. Lately someone has driven into the gate and damaged it really bad!! It's been like this for about 2 months. Tenants are concerned about uninvited guests and strangers coming and going as they please.
Update: even worse than before. The management is weird and don’t know how to properly run anything. It’s very ratchet. They do things and run. A complete joke. Don’t move here. It’s unprofessional and untrustworthy. There are people shooting all the time and the ATLANTA POLICE DEPARTMENT DISPATCHERS are trash and careless. The police doesn’t care at all either. It’s just sad.
I love my apartment also the work Order get done the same day if something need fix’s are done in the apartment
I truly can’t rate them, I’m only here to ask does anyone have photos of the townhouse layouts? I’m rating five stars because my sister told me the board members are the most professional board she’s met. But again anyone have a floor plan pic?
