Heaven Sent Children'S Academy II

This place is a home for kids. They have the best staffs, clean, smell good and feel like home. I don’t have to worry about anything when my kids are in daycare. Friendly environment for parents and kids. Communication is perfect with all staff members. Thank you guys so much for all you do. You guys are amazing!!!!

I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience at this center, especially after my daughter has been here since she was just 5 months old. The environment that Tami built always felt like "home" for my children, but things have drastically changed under the current management. I have consistently felt let down by the lack of communication and professionalism, especially from Leah, the "COO," who was dismissive and unhelpful during our interactions. Rather than educating me on ODJFS rules and regulations, she told me to contact them directly, and even when I did, she disregarded their guidance. Her response to my concerns was often to blame previous staff members, which made me feel like she wasn’t taking responsibility for the issues at hand. Additionally, she referred to me as “babe,” which I found unprofessional and offensive. My daughter is lactose intolerant, and despite providing documentation multiple times, Leah seemed unaware of this, even after we had dropped off the correct milk for her. This lack of attention to my child's needs, coupled with the poor communication, left me feeling frustrated and unheard. Under Tami’s leadership, things were much more organized, and the staff worked together. It’s disheartening to see how things have changed, and I am left seeking alternative care for my daughter. I would not recommend this center based on my experience.

I really love this place as they have been so kind to our family and accommodating!! On our tour as soon as we walked in my son went straight to on of the directors, Ms. Leah and she held him the whole time. It made me feel so good that he sensed her positive uplifting energy! We signed up that day and got him enrolled for the following week. They’ve truly been a god send and we cherish their care and time so much.

We have been sending our daughter here since she was a new born (she is 9 months as of this post) and we absolutely love them! Great communication, great atmosphere and they make us feel like she really is part of the family. Love this place!

Our two year old daughter has been going to Heaven Sent for over a year and we, and she, love it!! The entire staff care so much for all of the kids, and treat each and every one of them as if they were their own. Our daughter loves going to "class" and is always so happy to see her friends and teachers. They have a great curriculum, and have a lot of fun, too. They also do our daughter's hair in cute pig tails or braids! :) And as a parent, I appreciate that the staff is very willing to partner with us to provide the best care for our girl. We truly feel that our daughter is safe, loved, learning, well fed, and having fun! We highly recommend Heaven Sent!
