This is the most unprofessional place. If u are a non profit organization you pretty much helping the community. They don’t answer the phone and I was in the parking lot . I go in no hello how are u . The lady at the desk when u walk is so colder than the weather. No hello welcome. She is not familiar with the programs . I ask her do they give out food on Thursday, she proceed to say they never gave out on Thursday. Yes they did it was Tues and Thursday. Then she says well not since I’ve been here ok and what does that mean. Know your job place . When will u let the people know. There was a line and they don’t have the skills to come and tell us it want be today or no longer on Thursday. It’s has always been on Tues and Thursday. Around thanksgiving the door was let down in our face and said they will be closed for two weeks. Today before I walked in I ask a guy that work there he was go ask the at the pantry. Very rude , very dry attitude and unprofessional
I gave 5 stars b/c , I came im contact with 3 angels sent from above. I went here yesterday & was met by Mrs. Joy. She was as amazing as her name,but I was told to comeback today. I did and met, Ms. Georgia & Ms.Mia Both a GOD send. Thank you all for the bountiful blessing. May GOD continue to bless your establishment.
INCREDIBLE FACILITY!! These people are boots on the ground, in the trenches doing the good work! I was completely amazed and impressed. Too many services to mention. I highly recommend anyone in Clayton County who wants a better life but seem to be stuck to go by there. People interested in serving, go by there.
My 1st time there. A variety of stuff. Appears to be Amazon return items and store closing items. Make sure you check the expiration date and seal on the medication. I got home and the medication had been opened. They had good prices & price changes everyday day. Like 2$ day all items are 2 dollars.
I understand they probably are helping everyone that they can. I'm not sure how it goes when it comes to funding, but I've been a part of this program for over 2 years and I haven't gotten any help as of yet which I understand it's my responsibility. I try to only go to them for desperate measures but. At the same exact time I figured when I really truly needed. Then they would perhaps be able to come through in some sort of way. But honestly you just talk to the lady through the microphone at the window and start to lose hope. I have filled out everything that there is. To fill out on the website. I've done everything that I possibly. I'm trying to figure out this month so if anyone happens to see this who works at heart's dinner. As hope, please, please reach out to me. Stay blessed. Alwayss
