Bright Minds Afterschool Program LLC Childcare And Learning Academy

My daughter has been going to this school and let me tell you they don't watch her or the kids at this establishment. They let the boys bully the girls and shrug it off like it's no big deal. My daughter had gotten in 3 fights with boys there and the teacher wasn't even watching her I had to break the fight up. I even called one day and an a baby answered the phone. Don't bring your children here like the other reviews say THEY DON'T WATCH THEM! They don't care they view your kids as pay checks not children. Picked her up today with scratches on her chest and face. No incident report done or follow up calls since she's been getting dropped off it's been problem after problem you would think the adults help resolve the situation....they don't. I'm not going to pay a daycare for them to Traumatize my child. My daughter is smart she's on honor roll at school she just kept getting bullied and in fights I could see her self esteem was being affected. I pulled her out the program immediately.

My son went here for almost 2 years. Once they got a new director, they became very unorganized, unprofessional, and very ghetto. They leave kids unattended often, and my son experienced bullying while there and they didn’t do anything to stop or intervene. Their only positive is the hours of operation but after dealing with them it’s not even worth it. I’ve never met the owner, but he needs to evaluate who he has operating his business or there won’t be a business left to run.

I am not looking forward to the day when both of my kids are too old to attend this wonderful Center. My son has been with Bright Minds since he was 6 months old and he will be 5 this year. My daughter has attended since she was 2 months old and she will be 2 this year. The staff here are the best. They treat my kids as if they were their own. Every staff member both new and veteran make this center stand out with the best. Although I know dealing with little ones can be hard, they make it seem effortless. Anyone that is looking for a second home for their babies, Bright Minds in Riverdale is the best!

This daycare is very unprofessional! The never gave me any incident reports only one and then says my child cannot come back until she is evaluated because she keeps throwing temper tantrums ! But u only gave me one report how does that determine she needs to be evaluated if you only gave me one incident to where she is acting up ? If she had other incidents where is the other reports? And what exactly does she need to be evaluated for ? No information given to me on how or where I need to go for her evaluation .. they couldn’t even tell me what evaluation she needs. And now I lost my job because I couldn’t take her to daycare

Not worth the money,unprofessional,Disorganized, the director is very rude. My kids have been going here for maybe 2 months or less and I’m leaving. There has been bullying, arguing and all kind of things going on with the kids. After I asked the director to see the videos she hung up in my face and told me to have a good day. My kid has been telling me one story but she is telling me another and at this point all I wanted was proof and understanding. I asked her in a nice voice and tone but she responded rudely. My kids have been getting sick from the food and milk. The teachers curse in front of the kids. My daughters face was scratched up the first day and the teacher that witnessed it pointed out the child that did the scar fir me to see. Just UNPROFESSIONAL. I’m so upset that this lady hung up in my face and wouldn’t even have an adult conversation with me.I asked if everyone was certified and I was told that I can’t get that info . At this point I’ll get whoever involved that needs to be because this is rediculous. I will be leaving this daycare. If you care about your kids don’t send them here because they obviously don’t care.
