Heartland Cornerstone

HWC is a wonderful place to go to church. They preach the bible and they love on people. I knew the second I walked in the door after moving to Salina that this was my new church home.

I have been with this Church for a little over two years now and they have been more than family to us. Pastor Danny has taken a few of us seeking credentials under his wing as well. They are so full of the love of Christ! Plenty of opportunity for all ages. Everyone is welcomed, there are truly no strangers when you walk in those doors.

The greeter made me feel like I was not wanted because I didn't have any one else with me. Single women need to be able to go to church and worship GOD just like families. Won't go back there.

The presence of God is always here. I love the wonderful praise band that helps us to lift up praises to our Lord. Then, Pastor Danny brings the message that just speaks to your heart. It's like he has a camera on the windows of your soul. Because it just hits home every time. I catch myself hanging onto every word that He says. (It's just that good) Unfortunately, with covid and having to do online video) The services don't last as long as they used to.I always loved it when the services went to over 1½ hrs. Still, the presence of God fills in where words and praise are cut short. Just love basking in His presence.

Love being part of this church!!! Worship team is amazing. The pastor is on fire for Jesus! I couldn’t imagine growing deeper with Jesus than I have here. I love the resources they have to help thru community! I love HWC and happy to call them family!
