Heartland Child Care II

It's unfortunate to see all of the negative reviews and while the past wasn't without it's challenges, I'm excited and encouraged about the direction things are now heading with the new management. The new management comes in with years of professional experience, a heart for children, and a deep desire for children to thrive in an environment that is appropriate for their proper development. If you're looking for a place that is safe, clean, cares about the child's overall well-being, where management is approachable, transparent and acts upon parent's feedback and concerns, then this may be the center for you and your child.

Toured the facility and was very impressed by the professionalism of the staff! The staff was attentive and very engaging with the children. The fact that it had an indoor “gym” was also a plus for me; year round “get your wiggles out” space!!

I happen to be going through the parking lot and saw 3 to 4 yr old running around. My instincts told me follow him and he was alone with no adults in sight. I got out of my truck and had him follow me to the door. After a few minutes of ringing the doorbell and pounding on the door I was able to get someone's attention. They came over shocked that found this little boy outside. I pray that these people get this straightened out and do a better job.

I'm sad to see all the negative reviews for this facility, but I'm happy to hear about the new changes in management and staff. The new director has years of experience and and heart to work with children and parents. You can't go wrong with her at the helm!
