Again if you read the reviews me and my child weren’t the only ones who were scammed, and the fact you’re responding to reviews 1 YEAR later is horrible. I’ll never recommend this day care, and the sad part is there is a church they own right next door. I’ve never had a problem with payment for my child until EXTRA FEES were added on. Paying more than what ELC recommend on the voucher, and not advising parents “hey we have an extra fee for cleaning” my child is not 5 and flourishing just fine. And the response itself is unprofessional, you guys clearly have no privacy policy and the apology is not genuine. Thanks for the response a year later.

My child attended this “day care” for at least 5-6 months and I absolutely do not recommend trusting this center with your child. My experience with the front desk woman “Cookie” was one of the MANY issues I’ve had with the center, she doesn’t know how to communicate and has the most blandest answer to every single question, and if you ask for more information ( that she can’t provide) she catches an attitude. Okay, so I asked “Cookie” about why am I paying an additional $10 monthly (which is not much but I’m a single mom and that money could have went to anything.) So I questioned her about the additional charge and her answer was she thought I knew I had to pay extra for supplies ( which with the right communication I would have known better) if she would have communicated that we wouldn’t have and issues, and she recommended that if I didn’t want to pay the $10 for supplies I would have to buy supplies BI WEEKLY, so why was I paying $10 extra weekly if I have to provide supplies biweekly? This whole center is full of scammers and that’s not the only incident I’ve had with them. It’s just too much to write in words. The final straw for me was my son getting hurt ( his last day) at the “day care” and I received a very disturbing call stating how’s he’s been bleeding from his mouth and can’t eat his lunch ,I strongly believe it was purposefully done to my child due to me telling cookie it was his last day at the center. so I had to call out from work to go pick up my child and take him to the emergency room due to there lack of paying attention and actually CARING for my child. I get mistakes happen but there was a mistake literally every week. And my son who just turned 2 last month peed had peed through his clothes at least 2 a week due to the diaper being on too long. Lastly there was a guy standing outside who asked to use the phone ( random guy off the street) and she allowed him to just walk in “day care” as if she knew and trusted him but that’s MY experience with the center of course I hope your experience is a lot better than mine. Just take this into consideration before placing your child in this daycare. And I can’t believe I’m writing a review, I never in a million years would have thought I’d be filing a complaint. And I won’t stop here.

I was definitely scammed and never noticed it. Ms cookie had me payin for my son for 3 months and adding all types of fees and he wasnt even there. If i known that i coulda placed a hold on my voucher , i wouldnt have had to pay nothing. Her mother is very sweet but ms cookie is extremely unprofessional. My kids was goin there for years. She even had me sign for days that they werent even at school and pay for days that they werent there. This daycare definitely got bands outta me.
