You have to fill in an application just to see if they have a spot any time soon because they are short on staff. Tours are not an option. I mean you can make an appointment if you fealli insist but that appointment its not for sure it depends you have to calla and remake sure they can take you in. Its like a joke when you talk to them in phone. Imagine having you kids there something happens and they are not able to provide any solutions....
