Extremely dissapointed with this place. I was hopeful they would follow their word in working with my very active 3 year old. I was told 2 teachers were in the classroom and turns out there is only 1, the only is there to relieve the other for restroom breaks and such. From the get go it was obvious they didn't want to work with teaching my kid what preschool structure looks like. It was his First day and they called me in within an hour. The owner knew how to redirect and had she had any heart or interest in helping, she would have stepped in when she saw her employee didn't have the training required. By training I mean basic redirection skills and having control over a classroom. My son is no angel but this daycare really is only about the money and not about the families they serve. I thought since they charge so much they must have the best staff trained in handling all types of children, obviously I was wrong. I sat in the entire lesson and didn't hear the teachers voice.....not once. I'm sure the school is great for some kids but i personally prefer my hard earned money to go towards getting my kid true nurturing education. By the way, I missed the day at work due to staying in the class all day so they didn't watch him for a single whole day yet kept the 75 dollar registration fee. Very dissapointed. But I learned alot . We really should be more picky about who were paying to care for and teach our children.
This place is wonderful. Disregard the raging all-caps review. My God daughter goes here, and I love the management's personality, professionalism, and care with what they do. They are very respectful and definitely a place to trust.
