5 stars aren’t enough! Harvest Learning Center is truly one of a kind, we walk in always feeling loved and cared about! My daughter has been going to Harvest for a little under a year and already has blossomed beyond what we could imagine. The care the teachers show the children and families is unmatched. The center itself has “home” like feel, my child loves to show me her favorite places to play at pick up! The garden is amazing and teaches my daughter a lot of like skills! The teachers are extremely pleasant and professional all the while making you feel like family. I was nervous putting my daughter in a center being so young but the communication and constant updates put my mind at ease immediately. Recommend this center to anyone I come across.
Our daughter attended Harvest from age 4 months to 3 years. We couldn't have navigated her first three years without the knowledge and support of the seasoned Harvest staff! Our daughter always knew she was safe and loved, and we developed what we hope will be life-long relationships with other families there as well. Teachers got her off to a great start in terms of building her independence and mastery of numbers, letters, colors, etc. I definitely recommend Harvest to families looking for a close-knit community where your child will be well known and valued as an individual!
My children have loved HL and their staff. I like a lot the idea of an at home daycare environment, and the fact that my children are able to interact with everyone in the community as if they were family. Their outdoor space is big, fenced, has a garden, areas for children to explore. Personally, I feel reassured that my children are having a good day, are loved, cared, and nurtured. Their staff is caring, and has communicated with me adequately.
Our son has been attending Harvest for almost 2 years and we continue to be impressed and heartened by the amount of care and attention he receives. Every teacher at HLC knows all the students, regardless of age/classroom, which makes the place feel like a big family. Parents are always treated with respect and it feels like a partnership in childcare. The facility is not fancy, and that may cause some people to overlook it. But I would remind anyone looking for a childcare center not to judge a book by its cover. The children at Harvest are safe, happy, and loved, and learning new things each day. Harvest is a perfect fit for our family!
Wish I could leave more than 5 stars. This place has the best staff. I know that my kids are very loved, safe, and cared for during the day. They provide 2 meals and a snack per day. They provide time for kids to be kids and play, run around outside (in a secured and locked backyard) as well and arts and crafts. Teachers communicate with parents about their day, behavior and any updates about what is being taught/learned that week. My child is learning so much and thriving beacuse of Harvest. So thankful for this place!
