What Parents Say
Harvest Center receives mixed reviews with strong praise from satisfied parents who appreciate the caring staff, personalized attention, and family-like environment. However, several parents report serious concerns including unresponsiveness to inquiries, lack of security cameras, and inadequate teacher-child relationships.
This is the last week that my children will be attending the Harvest Center. Due to unfortunate reasons my kids will be starting at a new daycare next week. We have been with the Harvest family for alittle over two years. In that two years my son has learned so much and loves going here. My daughter is three months old and always smiles at her main caregiver which makes me feel she is safe and loved. The owner is very responsive and helpful to any questions. Her staff are all amazing and hard working with kind hearts. Staff are always so nice while dropping off and picking up, they do not rush you in or out. The staff here actually have conversations with you to get to know you better, know ur kids better for the best care. VERY sad to being leaving this wonderful daycare to a new beginning.
I had been trying to reach out to find a daycare for my baby. After multiple ignored calls and emails, I decided against this place. If you can’t be bothered to pick up the phone when I’m inquiring about services, how am I supposed to trust you with my child? What if I ever have to call there when my child is in your care?
They dont have cameras. So if anything may even by accident happen to your children. Like a bite mark........ Or a black eye...........you will only have the word of a staff member for proof.
Terrible experience. We spent good money for our child to go to preschool there and she got nothing out of it. She was terrified of her teacher who didn't even call once when we pulled her out. She had tantrums and they assumed it was our parenting and said on 3 occasions "well didn't your others do this too?". Every time we said no. Turned out she needed glasses and once she got them she never had a tantrum again. Also the children are met at the door and sent out the door at the end of the day. Parents don't even get to see the classroom, etc. accept for open house. As a former assistant preschool teacher, I was very disappointed and feel we lost out on a lot of money, and our child had to endure a very uncomfortable experience.
Great staff. I feel like I'm leaving my child with a family member. Keeps me up to date on my child's needs.
