Where do I start? This place has been a blessing for my daughter and I. We had a bad experience at another daycare and Happy Kids was a breath of fresh air. The teachers and staff are amazing and my little girl loves it here. They are clean, professional and they actually teach the children. My daughter dances and is happy to go to school every morning. Thank you all for all you do for us!
I am so impressed with the smiles and knowledge my 2 year old comes home with every day! He is learning so much and the weekly curriculum is fun, engaging and well planned by his teacher. We are always warmly greeted and love the weekly newsletters and photos from his class. I absolutely recommend happy kids!
Really good school but administration is rough. The teachers are great and the day care is honestly the best daycare I have seen in Wilmington. However, we had constant issues with our billing (they stating we didn't pay etc) also we had issues where we would talk to them about something and it would never get done. This happened almost every time we discussed something to the point where I would wait tell the wrote it down before leaving. So bring your kid, but expect some aggravation and be really careful if you want to get your kid into their after school I would say it was first come first serve but know for a fact that it isn't.
My son is so happy to go to school everyday, he has been at other centers and never reacted like this. We love this place and the teachers. Grateful for this establishment. This is the type of place our kids deserve.
We LOVE Happy Kids! This school is a blessing to our family. Both of our boys love the school. Our 2nd son started in the youngest classroom in January 2021 (Waddlers). Our 6 year old went thru all of the classrooms and loved each one and is still greeted by name by the staff at pick up. The teachers are amazing and all know our little ones name and greats him with big smiles and hugs. The classrooms are wonderful , clean, and age appropriate. They have an outstanding play area that separates the littles from the big kids. I am in awe the teachers can get a classroom of 1 year olds to eat together at a table, nap at the same time, and do various crafts and activities. Jenny and Lana send me photos each day so that we can see what they are up to. Our little guy has big grins every time he sees the managers of the school Christy and Misty and they always make him laugh and feel loved. As a working mom, I do not feel the usual Mom guilt for having to send him to school as he is happy and thriving here.
