While many parents praise the caring staff, learning opportunities, and long-term satisfaction, several recent reviews raise serious concerns about staff conduct, discipline practices, and management responsiveness to parent complaints.
We are so pleased with this daycare! Our son has been there since he was 9 weeks old, and loves it. He gets so excited to see his caretakers; they are very kind and diligent. Every dayare has illness, but they communicate very clearly and do a fantastic job at cleaning to minimize spread. I recommend this daycare to everyone.
Both of my children (now 17 and 23) went to this daycare at as young as 2, for 10 years. Amazing staff. Amazing owner. Very knowledgeable, caring, and they run this daycare with heart and compassion.
This is hands down the best daycare in Longview. My twins have been here since they were 6 weeks old, they’re now 3. The director, Ms. Tonya is AMAZING. I can’t say enough good things about the staff there. I don’t have any complaints. I have older kids and they went to some daycares in Longview, and we had problems with those. I wish they would have went to this daycare. Thank yall so much for loving my babies and treating them good. ❤️
People were nice, and I really liked Ms. Sandy(she was director at the time). My child started in Nursery 1 which we were very satisfied with the teachers. However at move up time things started going downhill and I had some concerns. My child was getting sick frequently in their care(temperature was always normal at drop off). When Ms. Sandy was not there structure seemed to be affected significantly. In one instance, staff seemed very overwhelmed and acted like they just wanted kids home to keep ratios down. I was also a little disappointed in their parent communication. Confidential information was often put into indirect notes which really needed to be discussed in conferences(if in person was not possible then it could have been simply by phone). I would get informed important information at drop off 30 minutes before work rather than text, email, phone, or social media(which I check daily) ahead of time, and it would often cause inconvenience. After a few episodes of my child getting sick 3 weeks in a row there, I had to.withdraw my child. Staff was very caring toward my child, and I hope with strong leadership they will make these tweaks to provide excellent care.
The teachers are very rude to the kids my three year old comes home and plays like she is the teacher and the things she repeats are very disturbing. I can't believe the would talk to the kids the way my daughter talks to her babies. And yes I have actually walked in on the teachers all to the kids in a rude way. So I took it to the office director and she didn't do anything. So I went to the owner and he told me there kids they need to learn somehow. But I will say there teaching skills are good, my daughter learned a lot.
