i wouldn’t even give a 1 start review. i personally do not recommend this daycare or the worker yagahira velazquez. my child attended this daycare, and i experienced multiple issues related to how my child was treated by this lady and staff, which ultimately led me to remove my child from their care. i strongly encourage you to really look into the place and the people working there. when your child speaks out about how they’re getting treated believe them!

Staff was incredibly friendly and willing to learn about each of my children as individuals to help them succeed on the chaotic environment as daycare. Amanda is an amazing director, very clear and understanding! Holds her staff accountable in a respectful way and is always willing to help them learn and grow. Switching for personal reasons, but would definitely take my boys back.

Worst daycare facility to take your children. My infant came home multiple times with bad diaper rashes like she was not not being changed enough which should of never been an issue when their was literally only one other baby in the room. and both my infant and toddler would be starving when they got home like they weren't getting enough to eat while being there for 8 hours while I worked. The director Danielle is not friendly or welcoming at all. My toddlers first day there Danielle grabbed her arm and pulled her off my legs in a manner that was unacceptable. She was not nice or patient what so ever which obviously would make any child cry and not want to go back especially when they would see her. Danielle would nit pick to find any little excuse to make me leave work to come take my kids out of daycare and saying my kids have things wrong with them only for the doctor to say that they have nothing wrong. I just started my job and have had to leave work multiple times for unnecessary reasons, my kids went through more diapers and wipes then they should have in the few months they attended since they were not there 70% of the time for those few months almost like they used them for other kids. I'm also having to pay out of my pocket people to watch my kids so I can work while also being charged $90 a month copay for a unreliable daycare, bad child care, and bad customer service from the director Danielle. My kids will not be going back and they should really replace the director with someone who don't hate children and doing their job then maybe they won't be one of lowest rated daycare facilities! Do better people! Parents trust their kids with you so own up to the name you represent "wee care daycare" and start actually being caring.

This facility needs more teacher support and more support for children with behavior issues. Unfortunately staff and other children get hurt. Behavior plans need to be implemented more and children who are needing extra support need at least a one on one teacher. Due to low staff and lack of knowledge on how to address behaviors, there's been an increasing amount of injury reports and high turn overs with employees leaving

If you want your children to ALWAYS be sick this is the place for you. The classroom staff is caring and trying their best but Director Deanna is failing miserably and the place has MAJORLY gone down hill because of her.
