Happy Days Highland On Main

My daughter's been attending Happy Days for 4 years and we've had nothing but wonderful experiences. She's always happy when we walk in in the morning. The staff are all so sweet and go above and beyond for my child. I've always felt assured that my child was safe & sound. It's one thing I never have to worry about.

Please DO NOT send your kids here. Even with the promise of camera and how nice the staff may seem they truly don’t care about the well being of your child. My child was in the carebear room (2 year old) when I caught a teacher being abusive on camera. She grabbed a child up from the table, snatched a spoon that was it their mouth and flung it behind her. I immediately brought this to the director Liz’s attention (within moments of witnessing) and NOTHING was done and the parents were not notified of what had occurred. The only thing they did was offer my child to be moved to the younger classes setting for 2 weeks. This teacher in the meantime was not placed on any time of probationary period and was still able to “teach” this class. It is VERY clear they care more about a paycheck than the wellbeing and safety of your child. The director is a joke. The only thing great is the affordability but that comes at cost of your child’s safety.

My daughter has been going to happy days for about a month now and just as I expected I would, I absolutely love this daycare. I’ve not yet met one staff member that wasn’t smiling, polite, happy and helpful. I absolutely love my daughters teacher, she is super upbeat and really good with the children! The facility is always clean! Whenever I check the cameras I see the staff is always cleaning, temperature checks are done regularly everyday! I cannot say enough good things about this daycare, my daughter loves it, I love it!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. DO NOT SEND your CHILDREN here my 2 year old son who was rotated between the Care Bears and angels classroom and abused by a teacher there trying to force him to take a nap. I have on video her slamming my son’s head down on the cot, holding his head down, holding his back dwn and placing a blanket over his head. The Director is doing nothing about it besides she is going to remove the teacher from working with the younger kids and do more training. I filed a POlICE REPORT a complaint with CPS and I Will be filing a lawsuit against this Daycare. I have seen several teacher be aggressive with children. Everyone acts like they hate there job here and kids are always sick. My son was sick Every other week and he had only been enrolled for Barely 2 months. I REPEAT DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE….. This is the worst daycare in highland, IN they have had so many citations against there liscence due to unsafe sleep practices, teachers not having proper certifications. Too many kids to one classroom. They have no type of curriculum or learning. They do not wash there hands when they come from outside. The place is just disgusting and some of the people they hire. DO NOT RECOMMEND …… 0 Stars

I don’t have a kid here, but their bus, with kids in it, cut us off at an intersection. She then appeared to be looking at her lap at a stop light repeatedly like she was on her phone, and then didn’t stop at any railroad tracks like the back of the bus states. I don’t know about you, but I wouldn’t want my kid in their bus.
