What Parents Say
Apollo Center receives overwhelmingly positive feedback for its structured classroom environment, experienced and caring teachers, and developmental programs, particularly the GSRP preschool program. However, serious concerns have been raised by parents of special needs children regarding inadequate meal provision despite government funding and parent expectations.
We moved to the Apollo center from another daycare and both my daughter and I could not be happier we made the switch! The Apollo center is such a cool place, she gets a locker which she absolutely loves, her classroom and the building feel like a real big girl school not a daycare and she has the MOST amazing teachers. My daughter used to beg, and plead for me to not send her to her old daycare but wakes up everyday excited to go to the Apollo and see her teachers Ms. Connie and Rebecca. She is leaning and growing so much and the whole family is having a more positive experience, we are extremely grateful for her teachers and the Apollo school in general, wish we would have found them sooner💕
With our son's last day at Apollo approaching, I thought I would jump on here and write a review. Our son attended the 3s and 4s classrooms as part of the daycare program. This was a huge positive change for him compared to the competitor daycare he was at. Apollo has a stable staff, so you always know who is taking care of and working with your child. Apollo seemed like it had significantly more classroom structure than the other daycare our son attended. I feel that he has learned a lot here and shown a lot of growth. I think the experience here will have him walking into kindergarten with a lot of confidence and academic edge. Thanks for all you have done for us Apollo teachers!
this "education center" doesn't feed their special needs kids lunches all the while telling parents they only need to pack their child a snack. this is ridiculous and pure negligence. if your child attends this center, i highly recommend pulling them out. and if your child is saying they are hungry, or their "tummy hurts" please listen this center isn't reliable in the slightest.
My son attends the GSRP preschool program and I don't even know where to begin in explaining how wonderful it is. He has Mrs. Antonio and Mrs. Bicknell as his teachers and they are so very sweet, attentive, caring, patient and creative. I am updated multiple times a day on the seesaw app with many pictures of all of the fun activities the class is doing. Whether it be observing caterpillars turn into butterflies or observing chicken eggs in an incubator hatch into adorable baby chicks, fun puppet shows, reading books, using paint and drawing pictures, a fun and clean classroom as well as a great lunch menu for the kids. I will most definitely send my younger children here in the future. My son has grown so much this year in so many ways and I am very appreciative to his teachers at the Apollo Center.
Does not provide lunch to special needs class, all the while telling the parents to only pack a snack. I guess special needs children don’t need food like everyone else. Absolutely sick. This school is taking government funding for lunches that they are not providing.
