Happy Day Care Center

Unfortunately this child care wasn’t a good fit. I was recommend but family who had their children here quite a while ago and things clearly changed. My biggest issue is the customer service they provide. The “assistant director” Ms. Emilie was not truthful with general enrollment questions. I enrolled my children explaining that the last child care didn’t do well with potty training. From my understanding, they were willing to still take my kids and be a help to some degree. But then 3 weeks later I get on a phone call with the director (first time ever hearing or seeing her) that I didn’t tell the teachers about their potty training issues and it was too much for the teachers to handle so I will have to find a new childcare by the end of the week. This was a conversation was on a Wednesday btw so I only have 2 days to find new child care ?? We had a meeting which was not only not worth the time but it is unfortunate bc I heard good things about the curriculum. Oh well, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Their practice of business ruins it for me and lying is a character flaw in my opinion.

It's unfortunate that this center has gone downhill since it changed ownership 2 years ago. The teachers are still great and are very professional. Unfortunately, the center's management/administration side needs more work with handling operational issues, coming up with timely solutions to issues, and taking ownership for things they have mishandled. I'm hoping they get it together.

This place has been nothing but chaos even with removing my child from the center, I still was dealing with an unpleasant owner. Who appears to be compassionate and caring but as soon as things aren’t going her way or under her control she becomes very intolerable. She has continued to receive payment from the state of Md (vouchers) even after I removed my child from the establishment. This has just been ridiculous and I removed my child due to a false healthy accusation, that she said my child had but her doctor (pediatrician) said my child did not have! I’m truly disgusted with how things have gone with having my child here and dealing with a provider who still received the money she wasn’t entitled to. She held on to important TAX information and never informed me that she had after seeing me a few days before her completing the tax information! This is just truly ridiculous! I do not recommend this organization at all!

Worst daycare ever, I was glad and couldn't wait to withdraw my kids out of there. Some of the teachers were nice. The director is sweet but always scared to talk to her staff. The lady that opens the daycare every morning is very rude and Nasty. (Forgot her name, as she wasn't important to me)

First let me start by saying the director Ms Marshall is very genuine and from day one i felt nothing but good energy. My son loves it, especially his teacher Ms.Wilson. He's only 20 months but is learning so much. The tutition is very reasonable, they help potty train, take them on trips, I recommend this daycare to anyone!
