This place has gone downhill since new ownership. The director is OK but the guy I’m not sure who he is , he’s very rude and unprofessional
My kids enjoy it here but they’ve only been here a couple weeks, and there has already been several situations that are deeply concerning, injuries/fights between kids that weren’t witnessed by adults and a “Santa” claiming “mrs. clause likes playing with his candy cane”…. that just sounds off to me, idk maybe I’m paranoid, but I don’t like it
They will refuse to allow children to use the restroom for hours on end or have a bottle of water when playing outside on a 85 degree day.
