My daughter goes here . She’s developing very well. Her pediatrician even said whatever they’re doing in her class they’re doing a great job.I’m currently pregnant now and will also send my new baby here.
The employees here are not fit to supervise children. They are under investigation and have several active violations. And this was before they let a 4 year old child with autism walk out the door. They didn’t even have the decency to contact the parents once they realized the child was missing. They tried to cover it up. Once asked by the parents to review the cameras to see how he walked out, they were told the cameras don’t have a playback option. Now ask yourself, do you want your kids in a place that has cameras that are unable to playback if an incident happens with your child?
My 4 year old autistic child was picked up by euclid police this morning after going missing from Hannah’s child development center. The daycare did not inform me when he was missing nor when he returned. I don’t believe they would have said anything if the officer did not call me himself. When I got to the day care they had his wet clothes in the dryer I believe to try and cover up the incident completely. I want everyone to know not to send their children to any of their 3 facilities!!
My nephew was in their care when he wandered off unsupervised yesterday and they did not notify his parents, didn’t have camera footage to review, and tried to cover up the incident. Please do not patronize this business, keep your kids safe.
