Mini Miracles Learning Academy LLC

I previously had 3 children enrolled here. This full week 8/25-8/29 , my infants daycare building was closed due to ongoing cases of hand, foot, and mouth disease. After the first confirmed case weeks ago, the center claimed to have properly sanitized the facility. However, despite my youngest not attending for several days during that period of confirmed cases and sanitation, he still contracted the illness. This raised serious concerns about how effective the cleaning truly was. Weeks later, with the virus continuing to spread, the daycare ultimately shut down the entire building in an effort to mitigate further exposure My daughter attends another building of the same center, which remained open. To me, it was only logical to arrange an alternative situation for both children. I am employed full time, and continuing to drop my daughter off at the center while taking my youngest elsewhere since his building was closed—on top of getting my oldest son to school by 7:15 a.m.—would have created a severe time crunch and an unfavorable daily situation. So I kept them together. Yesterday I received invoices for all three children none of which attended this week, so I reached out to the owner just for clarification and here’s what transpired (See Photos) It’s difficult not to question the intent behind how this situation was handled. Was this decision made with spite? Was it done to potentially put my job at risk or create unnecessary hardship for my family? If this is the type of energy parents are met with simply for asking questions or voicing concerns, then it’s understandable why many might choose to remain silent about their own inconveniences, even when they are valid. AND TO BE CLEAR IT WAS NEVER ABOUT THE PAYMENT I WANTED CLARITY ON THE SITUATION

Best Daycare ever I have kids and all 3 buildings and my grade schooler recently started kindergarten above average they engaged with all my kids and every one communicates and not to mention how the owner goes above and beyond I experienced preschool prom this past June and Ms. Chamere out did herself my kids will stay here until they age out. Keep up the great work ladies

First I will say God is good all the time and all the time God is good!!!!! It has been an honor to not only know Ms. Davis, here in after referred to as the owner but a blessing and to view her as FAMILY. I’ve been to some daycare centers here in Ohio and I do mean NONE of them came close to Mini Miracles. You get the best care here for your children. The TEACHERS, The OWNER ,THE CENTER IS TOP TIER!!!!! The OWNER (Davis) care for the children as if they’re her own. It’s a safe and monitored daycare what more could you want to ease your mind. She not only hold herself and staff accountable but the PARENTS as well. This center have monthly newsletters to keep you updated and also you will never have to worry what your children is doing because they give you updates throughout the day. This is a CLEAN environment AND very Respectful STAFF and OWNER (Davis) and dare I say Demure. 3 of my 4 children has grown in the care of THE OWNER (Davis) and the center. All the while my oldest for had the opportunity to experience summer camp where they go to different places all summer long and are cared for. They wear different color shirts with the center number on it so they can keep track of our children. The center HOST multiple events for family and children and leaves no one out. I’ve been blessed to have know THE OWNER the staff and other parents. This ain’t no chicken salad but it’s mini miracles and yall betta get one of these (while slots available) !! I will leave with this, it takes a village to raise a child and thank GOD I was GIFTED WITH THIS VILLAGE. Great place very clean. Very respectful and loving staff , always acknowledging the parents w the upmost respect and any concerns that need to be addressed , treat your kids like they own!! I HIGHLY recommend this facility!!

We couldn’t be happier with the care and love our Kids receives at Mini Miracles ! From day one, the staff has made us feel completely at ease, treating our Kids like one of their own. The environment is nurturing, clean, safe, and full of enriching activities that support both learning and play. We’ve seen such incredible growth in our Kids socially, emotionally, and intellectually and we truly credit the amazing team for helping to build that strong foundation. The daily updates, photos, and communication give us peace of mind and keep us involved in our kids development. A special thank you Ms. Chamere for going above and beyond every day. It’s clear that everyone here genuinely cares. We are so grateful to be part of this wonderful daycare family!
