I understand waitlists are a thing and can take a while, however, every single time I've called for an update, I was told I was next in line and to expect a call the following month. So the following month would come and I'd get no call, so I'd call again and be told the same thing. It got to a point the last time I called, whoever picked up said, "if we have an update, WE will call YOU" then she hung up. Then everytime my baby's father would call for an update, they'd take his number down, say they'd call back with an answer, and never would. I can understand a safety protocol, but if they were truly concerned about someone trying to put my baby at risk, don't you think they'd call me and say, "hey, this person has been asking about your baby."? Anyway, I was really hoping to give this place a genuine shot, but they just seem unprofessional, so I'll take this as my sign and take a large step back.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE! I started off as a first time mom dropping off her son. Now both of my kids attend and this has been the best decision! The staff are amazing and really care about the safety of my kids. Management is very accommodating with my military schedule, great communication, and I’ve never had to make any complaints in regards to care for my kiddos. They keep you updated weekly, the apps they use for communication are easy to follow, and pricing is fair!

The Teachers at this daycare is hands down the best ever. They definitely love the kids a lot and have been teaching them and preparing them for school. The children seem to be happy when they come to school and during pick up it's a breeze. 10/10 recommendations. Although the turn over rate is high the teachers we are use to are very friendly and awesome at what they do.

Overall, my son sincerely enjoys Handprints Academy. He seems to like the teachers and other students and they appear to treat him with kindness and respect. My only critique is on a couple of occasions my son had to miss school for being sick or hurt and I was asked to obtain a Dr's note for him to come back, which I did. And when I told them I had the Dr's notes saying he could come back the next day, I was told they felt it best he stay home instead. So, it was frustrating to take time off work to take him to the Dr and get a note which it then felt like they didn't want to honor and take more time off to keep him home. As mentioned this was only a couple of instances and in the year he has been there it has been a more pleasant experience than anything else. All teachers and staff are professional and due seem to genuinely care about the children in their care which I appreciate.

We love Handprints Academy! The teachers keep me informed about my child. They are caring and thoughtful. My child loves going to school and is learning more and more everyday. The staff at Handprints Academy ensures the kids are well taken care of and do their best to make every day special for the kids. I am grateful to have a daycare that truly cares about my child.
