Safe place for young and young at heart with tennis courts, indoor activities, plenty of shaded fenced parking and facilities are very well kept and air conditioned. Because this facility is managed by Orange county the grounds are spotless and very well kept ... definitively very community friendly.

Called for information on my LIHEAP and whoever answered the phone was RUDE. Explained my situation and she said I will receive email with all of the information to how they will pay. Explained my disconnection concern as I received a notice of it and she still shrugged me off and said I’ll be fine. She told me to contact my case worker which I have emailed and she will not respond. I’ve emailed her since January 5th, it is now the 17th. she can’t even answer a simple question I emailed.

The gym is almost always open. The youth will steal your car keys ans make of with your vehicle so watch your stuff. Staff is very helpful and kind. This is always somewhere that I would go to utilize the basket ball gym

The check in gentleman and I assume his supervisor was very nice, very pleasant to talk to. But the case worker for LiHeap was quite the opposite. She was rude, very condescending, and demanding. Almost to the point of saying that she can’t be bothered with anyone that walks in asking for is an inconvenience. Her name is Ashanti, and it’s a shame that the others have to work with her. She is there for the paycheck, not for helping anyone but herself.
