Stayed here a few days while vacationing in Puerto Rico. So I will start with the good. The location of the hotel is great, central to many of the places that we wanted to visit. The staff were friendly, professional and courteous. Check in and Check out was exremely quick and easy. The breakfast served was delicious and the area was always kept clean. There was ample parking and they have 2 pools available as the beach is very trecherous. The only real complaint are the rooms. The rooms are extemely outdated and are in need of repair and upgrade. Our closet door would'nt open all the way, there's chipped paint and cracks, and the bathroom fixtures were very old. With that being said, we didn't mind because we stayed in the room mostly just to sleep. If you decide to stay here do not come with high expectations when it comes to the rooms. That is why I took away 1 star, but everything else was top notch.
Room were good. It rained hard and the ceiling next to the balcony door start leaking and also the bathroom window. Then a guess couple start arguing and fighting from 10:30pm to 1:00am. Supervisor told that he will give me a discount but he didn't. We stayed there a few times a year for the last 6 yrs., but think this will be the last one. They have lost a value customers.
I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The location is absolutely amazing and is definitely the highlight of the property—very convenient and beautiful surroundings. Unfortunately, the room itself did not meet expectations. It did not feel properly cleaned. There was a spiderweb with spiders right on the key access area by the door, and additional spiderwebs in the bathroom, including a spider with egg sacs on the shower ceiling, which was very uncomfortable and anxiety-inducing. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, and felt low quality. The lighting in the room was poor, with an old fixture and a bulb that was barely working, making the space feel dark and uninviting. The towels were extremely thin and rough, not soft at all, and overall I did not feel confident about the cleanliness of the towels and sheets. The bathroom is outdated, and the shower was missing a door, causing water to spill everywhere. There was also very limited counter space, barely enough for basic toiletries. Overall, while the location is excellent, the room quality, cleanliness, and maintenance need significant improvement to match the setting. With better upkeep and updates, this could be a much more enjoyable stay
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. While the facilities are a bit dated, the rooms are clean; and each room has an oceanfront view. There are 2 pools and direct beach access on the property. What we enjoyed most were the friendly, helpful staff and the laid back vibe of this quiet oasis.
Although the Hotel has been remodeled (at least the appearance and main entrance) there is a lot of work that needs to be done. Primarily, the photos announced in Facebook are not consistent with the condition of the room I stayed. The room was very outdated, and the bathroom as well. Service and personnel was very good. The employees are good at providing guest services, that's out of question here. The back of the hotel, the landscape area and walking areas near the beach are nice and good. Nonetheless, I believe that the areas leading to the rooms and rooms themselves really need to improve. I truly find it overpriced for the quality and condition of the rooms.
