We first enrolled when the center was still Rosewood, and at that time we were very happy with the staff and curriculum. Unfortunately, we can no longer say the same. It has been heartbreaking to have to remove our child, especially given the strong relationships he formed with teachers and friends he truly adored. Our experiences with Mrs. Zoey and Mrs. Kelsey raised our concerns regarding their organization and a lack of direct communication with parents. As a result, we will be enrolling our child elsewhere and encourage other families to carefully consider their options.

My son started at this daycare when he was just 6 weeks old in Ms. Jennifer’s infant class, and she was absolutely amazing. As a new mom, it was so hard to leave my baby for the first time, but Ms. Jennifer made the transition so comforting — I always knew he was loved and cared for like one of her own. Even now, three years later, we still wave and say a quick hello to Ms. Jennifer whenever we pass her in the halls. That just shows how much of an impact she’s had on our family. Fast forward to today, and even with the name change from Rosewood Academy to Big Blue Marble Academy, the same warmth, care, and dedication remain. The teachers have helped my little one grow, learn, and thrive in every way. I also have to mention the amazing front desk staff — Ms. Kelsey and Ms. Zoey are always so kind, welcoming, and helpful. They go above and beyond to make every family feel seen and supported. We are truly grateful for everyone at Big Blue Marble Academy. It’s such a special place, and I couldn’t imagine a better environment for my son to have spent these early, important years of his life.

We started at BBMA this past July, after a really horrible experience at another child care facility. Our 3 year old had never been in daycare full time and being pregnant with our 2nd on the way we knew we had to find a place that felt like a second home and that is exactly what BBMA has turned into. When the time came to enroll our 2nd at 12 weeks, I didn't think I could be more impressed but Miss Jennifer in the infant class is amazing and so comforting. You can tell that she has years of experience and I feel so comfortable bringing her every day. Miss Jennifer, Miss Emilee, and Miss Valentina do an amazing job with communication and really caring for our girl like family. We just enrolled our older in VPK for the fall and I can tell she is excited and has made so many good friends. We do a early drop off in the morning which can be a struggle for her but Miss Lisa, Miss Ronekia, and Miss Amya truly know how to make her feel comfortable. Shortly after she goes with Miss Emily for the day and I know she has a great time learning and playing with friends. There are countless other staff including Miss Zoe and Miss Kelsey that truly make the facility run smoothly, and I never have any doubts about dropping off our girls for the day. Big thanks to everyone at BBMA Bartram Park for truly making our transition here seamless.

Up until recently I would have given the center 5 stars. They have been great with caring for my toddler! I walked into the classroom the other day with the teacher screaming at couple crying babies. I heard her yell “STOP CRYING” in a harsh tone as I was coming down the hall. My heart was in my stomach and I was livid when I walked into the classroom and one the babies crying was my own. Hurts to see as a mom with people you trust & pay to care for your child. EDIT/UPDATE: I’m not sure what happened but now the teacher mentioned above is no longer with the center. My little one is thriving and happy to go with all of her teachers. 5 stars for the team at BBMA Bartram they do great caring for our littles!
