What Parents Say
GROW IN Preschool receives mostly positive feedback from parents who praise the caring and loving teachers, with children showing enthusiasm for attending. However, some parents have reported concerns about individual teacher behavior and supervision ratios during field trips.
I attended this preschool 15 years ago and some change. I will never forget the kind teachers I had and the people I’ve met. Never forget the impact you can have on a child’s life, big or small.
I am so very happy that my friend referred me to this preschool my son is only 2 years old and he loves going to this daycare all the teachers are loving and caring they take the time to listen to your concerns and if there's something that you don't feel comfortable about they are more than ready to listen and fix the issue and one thing about children they will not lie when they like an environment they will beat you getting ready and head to the door. He's so happy to go to school that shows that he loves his teacher and his classmates and his school and he has such a wonderful time there. Thank you to all the staff.
Our experience with this preschool was indirect at McDonald's in Orlando. They had like one person watching 30 kids. These kids were acting like they had never been outside in their entire lives! I know that's part parental fault but when they are under the care of this preschool-- the teacher/caretaker probably should be... I don't know... WITH the kids instead of leaving them unattended in a play area. They were running slam into small children (3-4 years old) pushing kids down/around and blatantly playing on the toddler section of the playground. I don't blame the kids... Kids will be kids (even though these were wild above the average child) and kids will act as crazy as they are allowed to act... But WHERE IS THE TEACHER!?!?!? These kids were acting like they had no common sense... No regard for small kids... Rules... Or anything really. We were counting down the seconds for them to go eat/leave. And again... This is not directed toward the kids... Because kids will be kids... But all I'm saying is... The kids who were behaving... Surprise! There was a parent nearby at all times. If you only had one guardian... Perhaps this wasn't the best idea. Generally, the rule of thumb is one parent/guardian/teacher/caretaker/whatever per 3-4 kids. Don't have that? Don't go out.
I don't know about all the teacher there but the one who teach the 4 years old class she is not friendly at all, in so different occasions when I drop my son to class she is always screaming at the other kids there and whining about my not listening. There is time my son do not want to go in class because of her, my son told me that she is mean. I'm following the situation a bit further before I decided to do something about it. 05/02/17
