My child has made great friends and has loved all the teachers here. The owners have always been easy to talk to and keep me informed. Their hours are very accommodative. They keep everything nice and clean. My child loves the meals as well. The curriculum seems to match anything else I’ve seen for kindergarten readiness. They are always updating the look of the building, redecorating, or reorganizing. Fun pets live there, too! I’ve been very pleased with the services at Green Tree Childcare.

Loving Greentree! We had to move my first child a few times in Bowling Green, and I learned a lot. My second baby is being really loved and cared for at Greentree. We are so thankful. They really know young children and babies, and genuinely care about them.

My 2 children attend this child care since Sep 2020, on several occasions I informed staff Ms. Amanda & Karla about one of their children hitting my child, I was told they were going to talk to the parents and make sure hitting didn't continue. on Feb 22 2021 after 1 week of bad weather my children came back to daycare & I showed them a picture of my other child with a bruise that was made by the same boy who had been hitting my other son, Karla's reaction was to refuse child care for my children again. I requested a termination letter & of course she lied on report saying my kids were the ones hitting other children & said she had talked to me several times about my children hitting other kids THAT IS NOT TRUE and when I told her I was going to report her she said "go ahead, call the state they won't do anything"... I know I am not the only parent who's kids have experienced this type of behavior from Karla so please if anyone else would like to join my complaint. contact me. Her unprofessionalism won't stop until we do something about it

Kids were taken outside in below freezing weather several times and spoke to staff about it and asked them not to take my child out and was allowed to get wet at the same time in again below freezing weather. Meal time is not monitored so you can be aware of what your child's eating. When you talk to staff about the situation they aggravated because you asked so many questions altho hello it's concerning your child, showed up on a Tuesday to pick kids up and was informed with no warning knowing I work they can't keep my kids because I am a concerned parent. Also was not offered a refund for the rest of that week, a notice is what a reputable daycare would have done.Keep clear of this place if you want your child to be taken care of properly.
