I had my child at this school last year and wanted to love it based on friends' reviews. I had issues with communication from the school. Each class was assigned a room mom. All if not most of my communication was through her. There was a classroom chat in which the room mom would announce updates such as no school, things the teacher wants us to bring, and other important school announcements. The only time I heard from the school on their app was to charge for something. The teacher didn't post classroom updates or talk to us much about our child's progress and we would only hear about things at their two conferences they hold. The room mom would send pictures of the students at school and not the teacher. Overall I wish the school built more involvements with parents and not just for their fundraising events. I also wish the teacher actually used the app they make you download instead of important school information coming from a PTA mom.
Found this daycare online, called to ask if they are taking any children at the moment. Right off the bat, rude, so rude. No interest in the conversation, asked if they accept the CDA program; as a full-time college student, this program helps my family afford child-care, she just continued to say no with an almost disgust response. I strongly believe the first interaction you have with someone is very important! If I can rate this place a zero, I would. Please get a new FRIENDLY employee to answer the phone.
I am extremely grateful for the excellent bilingual preschool education my daughter received at Green Hills Bilingual Learning Academy. This strong foundation was key to her success in a dual-language immersion program in public school, where she was recently promoted to first grade early. Her ability to excel as a non-native Spanish speaker speaks to the high quality of education provided. The teachers recognized my daughter's potential early on and provided the challenge she needed to grow. The strong foundation they built prepared her so well that her pubic school kindergarten teacher had to make the assessments more challenging, which led to an early promotion. I highly recommend Green Hills to any parent looking for a nurturing and supportive environment. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and results!
Our friends referred us to this school, we put our son in at age 2 and saw great improvements! He is now 3 years old and still doing great. Highly recommend the school.
