Having worked in early learning for over 10 years, I’m truly impressed by this childcare center. The staff is knowledgeable, caring, and clearly committed to best practices in early childhood education. The environment is warm, well-run, and supportive of children’s growth and development. I trusted this center enough to recommend it to my daughter for my two grandchildren, which says everything. Highly recommend.

Joke of an establishment. This review is strictly geared towards the owner and main office staff. I nanny for a child in the toddler classroom, and what I saw and heard was horrible. -Picked up one day, and the child had HFM visible on his buttock. No message was sent before pick up, and was told that that was the first diaper change to where the red dots were visible. The dots were very red and spread out, meaning that cannot be true (past experience as a daycare teacher). - Billed different prices twice -Child would constantly have runny BM diapers, despite being told that they were not in reach of their dairy allergen. - Brightwheel is almost never used, so I would have no idea of what the child was fed, how much he had, how many diaper changes, etc. Messaging the staff with no response. - Child got bitten and was not told until two days later. - On the last day for the child, we were returned with their lunch as it was given. Meaning they were not offered their lunch or snacks for the full 8-hour day. - The office staff was not able to provide the child's EpiPen on the last day; she was walking around looking for it. If this were an emergency and the child needed it ASAP, it would've turned into an ER visit. -Following up, important documents were also requested on the child's last day, we were told "we can't find them". Do not trust this daycare, absolute scam of an owner.

Wonderful experience. Our daughter truly loved her time here. The staff was kind, patient, and clearly cared about the children. Even when she'd tell us stories at home, like when another kid was being 'mean', she always ended them by saying something like, "but Miss [Teacher's Name] told him that isn't nice." That kind of steady guidance made a big impression on her and meant a lot to us as parents. We know how hard this job is and how much responsibility comes with it, and the team here handled it with so much heart. She still asks if it's Monday, just because she is excited to see if it's Water Day again.

My daughter was in the toddler room for 7 months. During that time she had multiple teachers and I was never notified of these changes. Communication was definitely lacking as I always found out about things either last minute or after the fact. While the staff was very kind I think they were too understaffed to give the amount of attention needed for my daughter who was struggling with severe anxiety and was basically non-verbal at the time. I was notified by her speech therapist that on one occasion she found my daughter still wearing her winter coat and hat inside (she hadn't taken it off), and she was hot/sweaty. No one thought to take it off? On another occasion they found her outside on the playground crying with no one trying to comfort her. One of the daycare teachers expressed her frustration to me over her not napping because that prevented her from taking her lunch break? Another issue that came up was during drop off there was only one teacher in the room who left to take care of another kid leaving no one in the room besides 2 parents and kids. This was brought up to the director and discussed with staff which I appreciate but is absolutely unacceptable that it even happened in the first place. My daughter got pink eye and they said they would send out a notification but they never did so im wondering what other things they didn't notify us about. My daughter also let me know she was hurt a few times by other kids but I was never notified by the daycare unless they just didn't notice it. There were supposed to be field trips but I was never notified of those. Photos through the app but I never got any. There's just so many things and many that I'm probably forgetting but overall I would not recommend this daycare and I always had a gut feeling something was off.

My son was in the toddler 1 room. He fell off of a cot trying to grab a toy and hit his head on the hard floor.. though I understand kids get hurt, it’s unacceptable to not call the parent immediately whenever there is a head injury involved. He developed a bruise that lasted over a week. When I mentioned to Danielle, the director, that I was upset nobody called to notify me, she said “if I were to call parents over every injury I’d be on the phone all day.” Miss ma’am, with a head involved fall the parents should be notified immediately, not after they are already home with us.. and then trying to act like you went above and beyond for calling us AFTER he was home already to let us know... Like no. Do better. She also wanted to debate what is classified as a fall. “He didn’t fall he rolled off his cot.” Yeah, hard enough to leave a bruise to last over a week. Ridiculous. We pulled our son out immediately. I worked in senior care for a longggg time. And a head injury, even seeming minor, we ALWAYS CALLED THE FAMILY immediately. After all, it’s the guardians decision to seek care at their discretion, not yours
