Moved from Alabama to Memphis and a coworker told me about this church. What I found was a Jewel. Attended 2 years before I joined. The Pastor, Orlester Johnson preached a sermon “Why does God have to tell you twice “ I was hooked ever since. If you want to come where the Word comes alive ? Come here! You’ll see!
So I've attended many community events with this church for more than 4 years and thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and the members. I'm not a member, but attended three events this past weekend and all I can say is it is refreshing to know churches still exist and teach from the Bible. They do so much outreach which is how I connected with them.

Don’t let the reviews from people who attend their church fool you. The director & her husband got mad because we were checking on our daughter. Bad attitudes. Teachers were nice.
If u want to know where you are in Christ pastor Johnsons messages are to convict every sinner and challenge even saint..he teaches faith n how to get all God has for u and how to fight the good fight of faith!
