Front desk lady with red glasses is typically always rude to me or acts like she hates her job. Sometimes doesn’t even talk to me when I ask to tan. None the less doesn’t greet or say goodbye to anyone. Other than that love the gym itself!

In my personal experience, this Gold’s Gym location has been really disappointing. The whole environment often feels chaotic and unwelcoming. A few members come off as disrespectful, and the vibe there can feel pretty trashy at times, not at all what I expected from a gym with this reputation. What bothered me most is that it seems like you have to “know someone” to get any sort of special treatment or even basic attention. If you’re not part of that inner circle, you’re pretty much on your own and the staff allow others to do what they want. They also seem to let in people who have no respect for shared space. People taking over equipment, and acting rude without asking first unfortunately, some of the staff contribute to the problem too. A few of them are dismissive, uninterested, and honestly didn’t seem to care about whether members had a good experience. Overall, this location just doesn’t meet the standard I expected. I hope they take steps to improve the atmosphere and customer service, because right now it feels like a place where respect and professionalism aren’t a priority.

The staff is helpful and the facilities are well maintained. They have a great variety of free weights and machines plus plenty of group classes.

Best gym, I’ve ever been to! Helpful, friendly staff, amazing nutritional options, tanning, red light, swimming, pool, dry saunas, cardio theater, Amazing massage Chairs, every type of weightlifting, powerlifting, fitness equipment you could think of! HUGE spacious rooms, & amazing fitness classes & motivational instructors , with a variety of options to suit your needs. All at one extremely affordable price. Very impressive!

I’ve been going to Golds gym in Cheyenne for a little while now and I’m genuinely loving it! The place is always super clean, and the atmosphere is really welcoming. What makes it even better is the staff—they’re all so friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to Becky, who’s been absolutely amazing! She always greets everyone with a smile, goes out of her way to help, and just makes the whole experience more enjoyable. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a supportive and positive gym environment!
