My grandsons (2 year old annd 8 year old) enjoy both facilities. Safe, fun summer camp experience. Big shoutout to the staff for making the 2 year old comfortable. First two days were rough at drop off bc it was new to him. We walked away and called to check in. He was great after we left and quickly transitioned his attention to toys, etc. Day 3 and after, he walks in and says good bye. He (2 year old) is clean and in great spirit at pickup. The 8 year old gets mad if I pick him up early . I love it here.
Do not send your kids here. Years back, my son caught hand, foot, and mouth disease from this same center and it went from there then spreaded to the rest of my kids. Their father went behind my back and put them back in the same center and he knew I did not Want them there. This past Tuesday, I went there to get all 4 of my kids that are enrolled at that center. I called before I came, they told me they was there, but when I got there it was about 3 of them watching me from the window lined up together and they had 1 person come and tell me my kids was not there when I was informed by their father they was and to go pick them up from there. Then he told them not to give them to me when I showed up because he does not want to pay child support for all 4 of our kids and we have an upcoming child support hearing. As I am writing this, I have not heard, or even saw my kids in 4 weeks. My daughter Is graduating vpk next month from where I have her attending school at and has not been since the first week in April. Do Not Send Your Kids Here!! You are going to regret it.
Wonderful place for my grandson that was in need of authority, consistency. They worked with him never gave up. He was not where he should have been at his age, behavior issues, behind in everything. He went on to kindergarten in August great staff, great teachers.
This past Friday my daughter went and picked up her son and he had Mark's on his arm from his arm being squeezed so tight it left bruised marks. Perfect adult hand print. She went back in as soon as she saw it, and ask what happened. The answer she got was... no one knows what happened! She asks about cameras and was told they dont work because the plug they were plugged into somehow became faulty. We have pictures of his arm. And if you have faulty wiring at a facility that has children. ISN'T IT A FIRE HAZZARD? We are wondering what else has happened to him that we weren't aware of or what we didn't catch. We are either wanting an answer not a lame excuse or pursuing farther action! ITS JUST THAT SIMPLE, HOPE WE GET ANSWER! BUT ONE WAY OR ANOTHER WE WILL GET THE ANSWER WE ARE SEEKING! BEST BELIEVE THAT!
