At first, Sprout seemed like the picture-perfect daycare. But we quickly realized that wasn’t the case. The engagement from teachers to children varies from person to person, and more often than not, it’s lacking. In the infant room, it’s rare to see teachers actively engaged or promoting growth in the children. Most of the time, the babies are left in swings, lying on the floor, or placed in a stander. Sprout’s website states that they follow a curriculum, but we found that to be untrue. As our son moved through the different classrooms, the experiences only got worse. Teachers were found yelling at the kids, and on multiple occasions, staff were even physical with children. Those teachers were fired, but only after parents and the state pushed for it. There were also times when staffing was so low that the owner would bring in relatives to watch the kids. Staff turnover is constant, with teachers only lasting a couple of months at most. Due to lack of backing from the owner. When we first enrolled, parents had full access to the camera system all day. But after several reports of teachers being aggressive (caught by parents watching the cameras), the access quickly changed. The owner told us they were switching systems and that parents would only be allowed one hour of viewing per day, claiming this was out of her control. However, when I contacted the camera company directly, they confirmed the time limit was set by the daycare itself. Thankfully, we were able to move our children to another center, and we couldn’t be happier. Our second child, who is one, has developed so much in just a few months. He’s hitting milestones that our oldest—while at Sprout—struggled to reach. With the right care, children truly thrive, and we’ve seen the difference firsthand. Lastly, I would caution parents not to rely on Sprout’s Google rating. The owner frequently incentivizes positive reviews by offering discounts on tuition. Another thing worth mentioning is the reviews. After looking through Sprout’s online ratings, I noticed that most negative reviews were quickly followed by glowing 5-star praises. What’s funny is that many of those “positive” reviews come from the owner’s family and staff members.

Amazing family oriented learning center. If I could do 10 stars I would. Miss Buckham is a very professional, kind, amazing person. I recommend anyone to take they're kids here.

The facility and amenities available at Sprout are top notch. My kids really enjoy the playground, gym and opportunity to participate in Soccer Shots. Classroom time involves a good mix of free play and directed activities. When my kids first attended the center as infants, the lead teacher in that room Ms. Janella, did a fabulous job of making us feel at ease and keeping us informed about how they were doing. Fast forward and now my oldest is in preschool with Miss Stephanie. The way she engages with the kids, makes them feel loved and helps them obtain the knowledge & skills they need to prepare for kindergarten cannot be beat.

The only reason I am giving it two stars is because of the management people who I found to be very hard working people but the main problem lies with the staff they hire. First and foremost the teachers often call in sick or leave all together, so they keep on changing every now and then. Secondly, the teachers are highly unprofessional. I would especially like to mention Miss Char, whom I found to be highly insensitive to the needs of my kid who needed some extra help. I had to pull my child out of the daycare because she was made to feel like a burden. Teachers at this center just want to make it through the day and spend whole day talking to each other and very little attention is given to child’s development, potty training or any other avenue.

I have had 3 of my kids with Sprout over the past few years and we couldn't be happier with the care they have received. The teachers genuinely care about the children they're taking care of, and are actively involved in the growth and development. It feels like a family and we know our kids are being taken care of well and are safe when they are there. Would absolutely recommend Sprout.
